FAQ

Straight answers

Is this a certified appraisal?
No. Veriso gives an indicative, evidence-based first opinion and value range built from AI models and reference data. It is not a formal appraisal or a certificate of authenticity. Terms of use →
How accurate is the AI attribution?
It depends on your photos and on how much evidence the work carries (signature, labels, stamps). Every hypothesis comes with a confidence level and the evidence behind it, and when the evidence is weak the report says so. Treat it as a starting point to confirm with a specialist.
What if I disagree with the estimate?
Estimates are indicative. Check the value drivers and comparables in the report, add clearer photos of the signature, back and labels and run it again, or ask a follow-up question (1 per work on Collector, 3 on Pro). You can also forward the report to an auction specialist for a second opinion.
How is my artwork photo used?
Your photos and details are used to run your analysis and, in aggregate, to improve our models. They are processed by our service providers, including the AI models that perform the analysis. We do not sell your personal data. Privacy policy →
Do you keep my data?
We keep your uploads for a limited period so you can revisit your analysis history. Email hello@veriso.art if you want specific analyses or your account deleted.
Can I use this for insurance?
Not on its own. Insurers generally require a formal appraisal from a qualified appraiser. Veriso helps you decide whether a work is worth appraising and gives the appraiser a documented head start.
What is your refund policy?
Subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase — email hello@veriso.art with your order details. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future charges. Refund policy →
Do you support other languages?
Veriso is available in English and French, including the reports. You can switch language at any time. Other languages are not supported yet.
